►We ship USPS First Class as soon as possible after order is received. If you need rush shipment please let me know.
►If you're having your leash/es embroidered, please allow 10-14 days extra for processing. Embroidered leashes are not returnable.
►We try our best to match your color request but we are dealing with recycled cotton martial arts belts that season with wear and washing. Please keep this in mind if your leash doesn't match your collar perfectly.
►Leashes are guaranteed against defects, ripping or tearing but not against destruction from a dog chewing. If you need to return a leash, just drop us a note that the leash is coming back with details and we'll replace with a like leash.
►Gift cards are available if you want us to ship to someone as a gift.
